This is how you buy tickets for our events

Tickets for all our events are sold through Kulturcentralen. You can find the ”Buy ticket” button for online purchases under the event listings here on our website. Tickets are also available over the counter at Kulturcentralen’s ticket office, located at Södra Förstadsgatan 18, right next to Victoriateatern, on the pedestrian street in the center of Malmö.

If you have any questions regarding ticket purchases, you can reach them by phone at 040-10 30 20 or via email at info@kulturcentralen.nu.

Are there any seats available?

Pre-sales end 2 hours before the event begins. Any unsold seats during pre-sale will be available at the door. You can check seat availability on the program page.

Show your ticket

Please note that we have numbered seating for both tables and the balcony, except for salon tickets during standing concerts. After you present your ticket to the staff, we will guide you to your seat. Please wait at the door for assistance. Note that if you do not book all the seats at a table, you may share the table with another party.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No. When you visit us, it’s enough to show the ticket as a PDF on your smartphone. Please help the environment by avoiding unnecessary waste!

I can’t find my ticket! What should I do?

If you purchased your ticket online, it may have ended up in your junk mail or been caught in your spam filter, so please check there first. If you don’t find it, your tickets are available on the front page when you log in to kulturcentralen.nu using the same email address you used for your purchase. If you still can’t find your ticket or have other questions regarding ticket purchases, please contact Kulturcentralen at +46 (0)40-10 30 20 or by email at info@kulturcentralen.nu, and they will assist you.

Accessibility and facilities

For wheelchair-accessible seating, please contact us at info@victoria.se. We are affiliated with Malmönyckeln.

The entrance level is fully accessible for wheelchair users, and an adapted restroom (equipped with two support rails and a door width of 85 cm) is located next to the cloakroom in the foyer. A hearing loop system is available; kindly notify us at tech@victoria.se no later than two business days in advance if you wish to make use of this service.

Child, student or senior?

At evening events, admission is free for small children who can sit on an adult’s lap. Children under 18 pay student price. We offer discounted rates for students and seniors at nearly all events. See individual event prices on our website. Student discounts apply when a valid student ID is presented. The senior discount applies to those aged 65 or over, or upon presentation of a pension certificate.

Means of payment

We accept all major cards, cash, and Swish.

Foreign/non-European card?

If you are having trouble paying with a foreign/non-European card, please contact Kulturcentralen at +46 (0)40-10 30 20 or by email at info@kulturcentralen.nu, and they will assist you.

Gift certificate

Looking for a gift for any occasion? At Kulturcentralen, which handles our ticket sales, you can purchase gift certificates. These are valid for all events sold through Kulturcentralen. You can choose any amount, and the certificate is valid for one year from the purchase date. It will be emailed to you as a PDF, which you can print yourself. Please note that Kulturcentralen gift cards cannot be used as payment on-site at Victoriateatern. They are only valid for purchasing tickets through Kulturcentralen.

I can’t attend the show / The show is fully booked, where can i find tickets?

Our tickets are not personal, so if you can’t use your ticket, you are allowed to resell it. We recommend Ticketswap for reselling tickets. There, you can easily find all our events and upload your ticket at the same, lower, or higher price than you purchased it for. Please be aware of fraud risks when buying tickets second hand. By using Ticketswap, the risk of fraud is reduced, as they verify both buyers and sellers.

Please note that neither Kulturcentralen nor Victoria Theater is responsible for tickets purchased from third parties or organizations other than Kulturcentralen.

Ticket conditions, canceled performances and refunds

A booking can be canceled until payment* has been made. The rules on the right of withdrawal under the Distance Selling Act do not apply to the purchase of event tickets. Once payment has been made, you as a customer are bound by your purchase.

Purchased tickets are non-refundable, except in the case that the performance/concert is canceled or rescheduled.

In the event of a canceled/rescheduled performance: The customer must, no later than one (1) month from the event date or the date the event was supposed to take place, notify Kulturcentralen of their claim for a refund unless otherwise stated. If this does not happen, the customer is not entitled to a refund. The customer is responsible for checking whether the performance/concert is canceled or rescheduled, although we will of course do everything we can to communicate this. In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling, the customer should immediately contact Kulturcentralen.

*Note! When paying by invoice, the time of purchase is considered as payment date, not the due date.
