Are there any seats available?
Pre-sale stops 2 hours before the event starts. Seats that have not been sold during the pre-sale will be sold at the entrance at the current event. You can see if there are any seats available on the program page.
Show your ticket
Please note that we have numbered seat tickets, both by the tables and on the balcony, except for salon tickets during standing concerts. After you show your ticket to the staff we will show you which table to sit at, please wait for us at the door to take care of you.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No. When you visit us, it is enough that you show the ticket as a pdf in your smartphone. Mind the environment and avoid unnecessary waste!
Child, student or senior?
At evening events it is free admission for small children who can sit on an adult's lap, children under 18 pay student price. We offer a discounted rate for students and senior citizens at almost all our events. See prices on each event here on the website. Student discounts apply when a valid student ID is presented. The senior discount applies to those who are over 65 years of age or upon presentation of a pension certificate.
Means of payment
We accept all major cards, cash and Swish.
Want to give a gift for all occasions and all tastes? At Kulturcentralen that sell our tickets, you can buy gift certificates. A gift certificate at Kulturcentralen applies to all events that are sold through Kulturcentralen. You can buy it at any amount that you wish and it is valid one year from the date of purchase. The gift card is sent to you as a PDF by e-mail, and you can print it yourself.

Ticket conditions, canceled performances and refunds
A booking can be canceled until payment has been made. The Distance Contracts Act's rules on the right of withdrawal do not apply to the purchase of event tickets. When payment has been made, you as a customer are therefore bound by your purchase. Purchased ticket can not be refunded, except if the performance / concert is canceled *.
In the event of a canceled performance: In these cases, the customer must, no later than one (1) month from the event date / day when the event should have taken place, notify his claim for a refund to Kulturcentralen. If this does not happen, the customer is not entitled to a refund. The customer is responsible for checking that the performance / concert is not canceled or moved, although of course we will do everything to communicate this. In the event of a canceled or moved event, the customer should contact Kulturcentralen immediately.
I have been prevented to go to the show *
Note! The tickets are normally not personal, so a consumer who will not use a purchased ticket has the right to resell it, but as Corona restrictions are in place regarding distance between companies at the moment, we need to know if you resell your ticket. Let us know via info @ victoria.se if you resold your ticket (applies if you sold to someone who is not in your company). We recommend writing a post in the Facebook event that belongs to the event to resell tickets that for some reason you can not use yourself. A link to Facebook events can be found on each program page under the ticket price here on the website.
We ask you to pay special attention to the fact that Kulturcentralen is not responsible for tickets purchased from persons or organizations other than Kulturcentralen.
* Temporary exemption from this rule in Corona times
There are special circumstances during the ongoing corona pandemic and to make it easier for you who feel anxious, are at risk or have symptoms of illness, it is now possible to return your tickets until one (1) week before the event is to take place and that, until to the same day at 12 o'clock, change to another performance that is already in the program or have the ticket amount deposited with the opportunity to change to any performance in the spring of 2021.
